Lakeland is looking for a Full-Time Fork Lift Truck Operative to support our chemicals manufacturing operations in Astley, Greater Manchester. You must be well organised, efficient, self-motivated and possess good practical skills.

A Fork Lift Truck Licence and prior experience - ideally in the chemicals industry - are both essential.

About the role:

• Fork Lift Truck Licence essential 
• Prior experience in any industry essential - chemical industry experience is advantageous
• Competency in Maths & English (reading, written & spoken) essential
• Good communication skills
• Experience of working in a small team, but confident to work independently as well
• Must be prepared to cover other roles when needed to meet the demands of the business and our customers
