Lakeland Laboratories invests in storage vessels to increase on-site capacity

Investment in our storage facilities is essential to help us stay ahead of customer demand. By expanding our storage facilities, we’re able to invest in greater quantities of raw materials which in turn enables us to achieve better prices as a result of larger orders.

With more raw material on site, turnaround times and production efficiency is enhanced and customer orders can also be processed more quickly.

Larger vessels offering greater storage capacity

Our three new storage vessels, each with a 25,000L capacity, are now installed on site at our Astley production plant.

The new vessels complement our existing facilities on site, which include 14 steam-heated reactors and laboratory facilities including FT infrared spectroscopy, autoclave facilities and UV/Vis spectroscopy.
